It wasn't long ago I steered far away from lipstick and lipgloss but after experimenting with some nude colors, I've been hooked. I finally wore some bright pinks and reds throughout the summer and as we embark on the fall season now, I find myself resorting back to the nude basics. I'm sure I'll eventually be trying the vampy burgundy tones but for right now, I've pulled together another set of my favorite nude lipsticks with one updated tube.
Revlon | Sky Line Pink
A subtle and icy pink tone. I personally think this pairs best with fair skin as when it's on someone with a tan, it looks cakey and over the top.
Revlon | Soft Nude
My most favorite shine finish lipstick. With the perfect mix of peach and pink, this is my go-to when I want some color with a shine.
MAC | Myth
Just recently added this baby to my collection and it's equally my favorite as Revlon, Soft Nude. The difference? A matte finish. When I'm running out the door doing errands or meetings, this is what I grab because it doesn't come across as "too shiny".
Rimmel London | No. 113
Great shade of nude and it's a matte finish, as well. This tends to look cakey and crack when worn so be careful to exfoliate your lips prior to wearing and throughout the day when reapplying.
Do you have any other nude lipsticks you're lusting over?

That Revlon color looks beautiful, I'm going to have to try it! Thanks for sharing, I've started to get more into lipstick lately, but sometimes I don't want to wear my pink or red lipstick for work and whatnot.
ReplyDeleteI've been looking for the perfect nude lipstick! Thanks :)
ReplyDeleteMAC nude lipsticks are my favorite. I love the smell and feel of them on my lips. I have four different tubes including Velvet Teddy, Modesty and Myth ( the name on the other has been worn of).
ReplyDeleteYou need to check out Wet 'N' Wild "Bare It All" It is my go to color right now... and of course reasonably priced! :)
ReplyDeleteMyth is one of my all time favorites! Great selection.
ReplyDeleteSo awesome! I have the Kate lipstick, but I'm thinking of trying out MAC. Thanks for sharing the list
ReplyDeleteMAC Angel is my absolute favorite! Great for us tan girls!
ReplyDeleteMAC is my very favorite, and I've been thinking of trying a nude lipstick soon! It's usually either hot pink, brick red, or nothing at all, so I should probably find a good alternative :) Thanks lady!
ReplyDeleteThere's nothing better than finding a nude lipstick!! Great post. BTW - please share what font you used for your lipstick image - i love it!! Thanks. x
ReplyDeleteLove the revlon one! I also sometimes add the matching gloss depending on what I am looking for. I definitely want to try the Mac one you mention.
ReplyDeleteI'm scared of nude lipsticks! I've tried one or two before and I think I look freaky, but maybe I just need to find the right one for me? I love them on other people though so I wish I could work it out!
ReplyDeleteYSL rouge volupte #1 is AMAZING. It's pricey, but it's super creamy and longlasting and it's my favorite nude!
