I am going to get a little mushy today and share how much I've been falling deeper in love with my husband lately. I'm not sure if it's the hormones and knowing we have created this beautiful human together or simply because we're in a strong, blooming stage of our marriage but I can't get enough of that man lately. We've been super intentional about his one day off during the week being one we spend together as a date day. Whether it's getting lunch out or just watching movies all day but it's been so good for our relationship. We really look forward to that time together and cherish those sweet moments that are just us. It's pretty crazy with boys in the house when Drake is with us and knowing Emery will be here sooner than later, we have to really stop and embrace those quiet moments together.
It's blissful and so needed in all marriages, I think.
