There's nothing sweeter to me then spending time with Drake. He's been such a blessing in my life and has made me a mama. I may only be his step mom but that doesn't mean anything to me. When I married Andrew and I knew I was accepting a son with that marriage and it was something I had zero doubts about. Drake and I already had a little friendship going on and it was something I was only excited to see grow.

Here we are 3.5 years later and he's my Little Man. We are lucky enough to spend many weekends together and have our routine all set in stone. Saturday morning he climbs in bed for snuggles. We fall back asleep for a couple hours then make our way into our day. We make pancakes for breakfast and snuggle some more watching cartoons.

It may not be anything special, but it's our little routine. A step mom and son. And it makes my heart so happy.
