CONFESSION: hubs and I don't celebrate Valentine's Day. Shocker, I know. But really, why is it necessary to only shower your lover with gifts and smooches on one day a year? Why not do it everyday? I mean, I know I like to feel appreciated and loved on more than once a year so Valentine's Day just isn't my thing.

I've learned a lesson, that's for sure. No more outfit pictures at the end of the day after my brain is mush and my leather leggings are stretched and saggy. It's just a hot mess and one I was obviously embarrassed by cause I was looking down or away the whole time. Or I'm just trying to be trendy and it's not working for me.

Either way, take it from me and never take outfit pictures after noon. Maybe even 10am if ya want to get real crazy.

I'm a little torn right now about some details in my life. At what point do you stand up and fight for yourself and at what point do you just forget about it and embrace each day without the added stress? I mean, yes, I'm blessed beyond belief, and yes, I'm just getting picky now but if you could do something you love everyday and it's very much in your grasp, you would do it, right?

There's nothing worse than being at the gym with no motivation. Yes, you're there and yes, that's an accomplishment but sometimes, you just need a good workout playlist to make it through that last rep or that last mile.

I'm no music expert but I always start and end my work outs with 1. on the list below and the others are always played sometime while I'm at the gym. I hope those give you a little mix up to your regular song routine and keeps you motivated to staying fit and healthy!

Isn't boo boo just so sweet? Ever since I moved into this room as my office, he's been mommy's companion always hanging out, watching the front yard and snoring quite loudly to keep me company. I just love him.

On to the office details.... do we love? I sure do! It's a work in progress but I finally feel like it's a little space to call my own. It's girly, whimsical, bold and perfectly, me. I've had dreams of having this own little space for quite some time and never did I think it would happen. I have so many thanks to give to my husband for making this possible for me. He's been my biggest supporter with my design business and the one who always encourages me to take a load off in my home office. So hubbers, you're a rock star. Thank you for giving me this amazing space to call my own!
